The European Development Economics Group (EDEG) is a collaborative initiative bringing together Development Economics groups across different European countries.

Each year, EDEG will organise a rotating conference in Development Economics, hosted in a different European country, with a local team taking the lead in organising the event. The conference will feature a meeting of representatives from the various national groups to discuss opportunities to strengthen EDEG’s mission and objectives, along with a special plenary session on topical themes identified by the group.
