1st EDEG Conference

The 1st EDEG Conference will take place on June 11-12, 2016 and will be coordinated by the Standing Field Committee for Development Economics of the German Economic Association and hosted by IfW Kiel.

The call for paper will be announced soon.

Future events

2th Conference of the European Development Economics Group

The 2nd Conference will take place in 2027 and will be hosted and will hosted by the Dutch Development Economics Network. Date and location to be confirmed.

3rd Conference of the European Development Economics Group

The 3rd Conference will take place in 2028 and will be hosted by the Italian Association of Development Economics. Date and location to be confirmed.

Launch of EDEG at the 5th International Conference on Development Economics

AFEDEV coordinate the launch event of EDEG which will coincide with the Fifth International Conference on Development Economics (ICDE) on July 2-4, 2025 hosted by Nanterre University (Paris)
